Your enquiry

When you send an enquiry, HOP-WOOD receives and keeps a record of your name, email address and the details you choose to provide. We use this information to answer your questions and discuss your machine, attachments or other requirements by email. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

While you browse

The enquiry form and attachment catalogue use your browser’s session storage to retain your draft details and selections while you move between pages. Reviewing an enquiry does not send it: you must choose “Send enquiry”. The saved browser draft is cleared after a successful submission.

Handling your information

Enquiries are stored using our website hosting service and forwarded through our email service. We also record delivery status and a hashed network identifier to manage duplicate submissions and limit abuse. For questions about your information, or to ask us to correct or delete it, email enquiries@hop-wood.co.uk.

Your tractor quotation

The machine specification, price, delivery, warranty and aftercare arrangements are set out in the written quotation and order documentation. After the specification, quotation and order are agreed, a 35% deposit places the build order.
